  食用油问题依然严重。上周,海南省食药监局和河南省食药监局抽检发现,7批次食用油不合格,有的甚至查出致癌物黄曲霉毒素和苯并芘。此外,还有一些公司生产的芝麻油、小磨香油、葡萄籽油、葵花仁油存在过氧化值超标、酸价超标等问题(6月28日《新京报》)。


  食用油竟然含有致癌物,这是个相当严重的问题。让人担忧的是,这次通报只是说发现了7个批次,并没有说总共抽查了几个批次。这就无法说明“致癌食用油”占据的比例究竟有多大?是检查了8个批次,7个批次发现了“致癌食用油”,还是100个批次发现了7个批次?我们更想知道的是:除了海南省之外,其他地方的监管部门为何没有发现“致癌食用油”?


  值得关注的一个细节是,这次被检查出“含有致癌物食用油”的都不是小作坊生产的,而是正规的食用油生产企业,而且不是在企业发现的,而是在市场环节抽查发现的。这就意味着“致癌食用油”已经流向了市场,已经进入了酒店的厨房,已经上了百姓的餐桌。更意味着,很多市民可能已经将“致癌食用油”吃进了肚子里。


  当然,含有致癌物,并不意味着吃了就一定患癌症,其危害也不是一时半刻就能显现出来的。可是,要知道的是这始终是一种健康的潜在隐患。这样的食用油来源于正规企业,已经走到了销售的地步,也就是说这些不合格的食用油,其实已经在法律的层面上“合格”了。因为当商品进入了市场的时候,商品上已经张贴了“合格标签”,已经贴满了各种“资质标签”。需要追问的是:为何“致癌食用油”都贴上了各种显示产品合格的标签?


  道理是简单的。商品的合格标签等标志,都是生产厂家自己的工作人员张贴的,是否合格企业自己说了算,他们只负责向监管部门缴纳一定的费用,定期领取各种标签,然后自己企业的检验科室检验之后,就可以张贴了。“厂家自己张贴合格标签”的管理模式需要反思,也到了该纠正的时间了。


  食品安全无小事。可是监管部门为何到了销售环节才发现“致癌食用油”?为何不能把这个关口设置在企业产品走出企业大门之前?这说明食品安全的抽检制度也是存在问题的,更多的监管环节应该放在产品出厂之前,而不是到了销售环节去抽查。监管部门表示“黄曲霉毒素B1和苯并芘是致癌物,油产品中苯并芘超标,可能是在生产过程中高温加热处理不当而产生的氧化产物。”对可以致癌的东西,这种“可能”的推测,并非负责的监管。


  去年,为了打击违法食品,湖南嘉兴的二十多名大妈成立了“舌尖安全护卫队”,她们专门到超市去查找违法食品。不同于“王海们”的是,这些大妈的目的不是为了索赔,而是要求商家必须下架。肉眼凡胎的大妈都有此担当,是否有人该汗颜?
