郑女士告诉记者，她是一名教育机构的销售人员，手机号就挂在网上，每天都会接到很多陌生电话咨询业务。“上周六，我的手机开始不断接到‘无主叫号码’呼叫，而且都是响两声就挂”。由于无法回拨，郑女士只能将手机放在一旁。
让她没想到的是，这样的骚扰始终不停，“一天内断断续续有将近200个电话，我的电话一直占线，客户也打不进来，我也打不出去，就连微信、短信也看不了。我只好用电脑登录微信，很多人都在问我出了什么事，手机一直占线，太影响工作了。”郑女士说，她给通讯运营商客服打电话，却被告知暂时无法查出来电者，并建议郑女士先关机。

一店主介绍，这类软件在短时间内不断重复拨打多个电话，只需提前设定被呼叫号码、持续呼叫时长、呼叫速度、破拦截等信息就可以开始操作。“先准备一个手机，再装上这个软件就行。电话响几声就会自动断开，每次来电间隔8到10秒。也不用怕对方知道你的电话，通过软件打过去的都显示无主叫号码，没办法回拨。”
遭“电话轰炸”应尽快报警
那么市民遇到“呼死你”事件该如何应对？专家介绍，可下载一些拦截软件，通过设置拦截无主叫号码电话，便可脱离困扰。警方提示，市民应立即报警求助。
康普律师事务所主任律师吴立宏则就此分析，虽然目前法律对于“呼死你”软件的使用并没有明确规定，但根据治安管理处罚法第四十二条中“多次发送淫秽、侮辱、恐吓或者其他信息，干扰他人正常生活的”行为，可处五日以下拘留或五百元以下罚款，情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款，如遭遇以要钱为目的的“呼死你”行为，则可以敲诈勒索罪报案。
