吴谦在回答第二个问题时表示，“关于中俄海上联合军演，双方正在就此进行协商，我们将适时发布有关信息。”
就第三个问题，吴谦表示，多年来驻港部队严格遵守《基本法》和《驻军法》，认真履行防务职责，积极维护香港特别行政区的长期繁荣稳定，通过参与和开展军营开放日、学生夏令营、义务植树及无偿献血等活动，积极投身香港的公益事业，加深了与香港市民的联系和认同。今后驻港部队将继续驻香港、爱香港，不断加强与香港社会的交流与沟通。
吴谦称，“明天是7月1日，是中国共产党建党95周年。在此，我们为她送上生日的祝福。同时，明天还是中国战略导弹部队组建50周年纪念日，我们祝愿这支被誉为"大国长剑、国之重器"的部队，在维护国家主权安全上取得新的更大成就。”
