吴谦：关于菲律宾南海仲裁案问题，中方已经多次表明了不接受、不参与的政策立场。我们一贯主张由有关直接当事国通过双边谈判和平解决争议。中国不接受任何第三方争端解决的方式，不接受任何强加于中国的争端解决方案。
关于防空识别区问题，我们多次重申，划设防空识别区是主权国家的权利，是否以及何时划设防空识别区，取决于是否面临空中安全威胁和空中安全威胁的程度。
