  被英国《卫报》誉为“现代世界七大奇迹”之一的港珠澳大桥昨日迎来历史性时刻,昨天上午10时许,全长约23公里的港珠澳大桥主体桥梁宣告成功合龙。桥梁的成功合龙,将为明年底大桥具备通车条件这一目标奠定了坚实的基础。


  据介绍,港珠澳大桥建成后将成为世界最长的跨海大桥。届时,香港至珠海的交通时间将大大缩短,开车从香港到珠海的时间将由目前的3个多小时缩减为20至30分钟。随着港珠澳大桥的通车,将首次实现珠海、香港和澳门的陆路对接,将极大缩短港珠澳三地间的距离。

  为避台风季提前两个月合龙


  新快报记者在相关部门了解到,6月28日23时30分,两台桥面吊机将一段长约8.6米的中跨钢箱梁吊入江海直达船航道桥合龙口,这是港珠澳大桥主体桥梁 的最后一段钢箱梁。29日零时45分,吊装顺利完成。29日上午10时,港珠澳大桥管理局朱永灵局长宣布江海直达船航道桥合龙段开焊,这标志着港珠澳大桥 主体桥梁成功合龙。


  据了解,港珠澳大桥总长55公里,是连接香港、珠海和澳门的超大型跨海通道,包括海中桥隧主体工程,以及香港、珠海、澳门三地口岸和连接线。其中,主体工程由6.7公里的海底沉管隧道和长达22.9公里的桥梁工程组成,隧道两端建有东、西两个人工岛。


  要克服恶劣的外海施工条件,建设一座同时满足内地、香港和澳门三地标准体系,设计使用寿命长达120年的巨大规模跨海通道,港珠澳大桥因此被誉为“现代世界七大奇迹”之一。


  港珠澳大桥主体建造工程于2009年12月15日开工建设,经历了7年的建设,大桥主体桥梁终于成功合龙。施工方长大公司港珠澳大桥项目总工陈儒发表示, 为了赶在台风季节到来之前完成合龙,工程师们设法优化技术方案,积极与相关方沟通协作,合理有效调配资源,将原本8月底合龙的计划足足提前了两个月,从而 确保了台风期桥梁施工安全。


  用钢量足以建造60座埃菲尔铁塔


  据悉,本次合龙的主体桥梁工程包括3座通航孔桥(九洲航道桥、江海直达船航道桥、青州航道桥)及深、浅水区非通航孔桥。深水区非通航孔桥采用110米跨径整幅整墩钢箱连续梁桥,浅水区非通航孔桥采用85米跨径钢混组合梁。


  为减小桥梁基础的阻水率,保证珠江口排洪纳潮及航道通畅,港珠澳大桥非通航孔桥采用埋置式承台,将188个桥梁承台埋入深达8-15米的海床面以下,规模庞大,在国内乃至世界范围内尚属首次。


  据记者了解,港珠澳大桥主体工程近23公里的桥梁,首次在桥梁工程上部结构大规模采用钢结构,用钢量达40多万吨,足以建造60座埃菲尔铁塔。


  记者获悉,港珠澳大桥主体工程非通航孔桥基础均采用大直径钢管复合桩,桥梁墩台、组合梁、钢箱梁、钢塔全部采用陆上预制,海上运输整体吊装。


  岛隧工程完成超过80%


  港珠澳大桥被业界誉为桥梁界的“珠穆朗玛峰”,并被英媒《卫报》称为“现代世界七大奇迹”之一。据新快报记者了解,目前,大桥主体工程建设各方正夙兴夜寐,全力推进工程建设。


  港珠澳大桥桥梁东西两个人工岛目前在进行道路和临建工程施工。作为世界上最长的沉管海底隧道,港珠澳大桥海底隧道长6.7公里,由33节沉管拼接而成,目前完成27节沉放,已建隧道总长4.7公里,超过总长度的80%。


  据了解,明年上半年有望完成人工岛和海底隧道的主体工程,随后将进行海底隧道的路面铺装,明年年底完成建筑机电、环境保护、交通监控等附属配套工程并进行联合调试。

  九洲航道桥段主体工程完工。这标志着港珠澳大桥九洲航道桥段(即全桥第CB05标段)主体工程完工。CB05标段是三个海上桥梁标段中工程量最大、结构形式最复杂的标段;


  2016年4月


  青州航道桥全线顺利合龙贯通。正式打通了港珠澳大桥从西人工岛至深水区通航孔桥的主通道,向实现港珠澳大桥主体工程全面完工迈出了重要一步;


  2016年6月


  港珠澳大桥江海直达船航道桥最后一座钢塔顺利完成安装,标志着港珠澳大桥主体工程桥梁工程全面进入最后的冲刺阶段。
