　　吴谦表示，经中央军委批准，火箭军部队将于7月1日换发新式礼（常）服。这次换发的火箭军新式礼（常）服，是在现行07式军服体系内，保持礼（常）服样式、结构、材料不变，对服装颜色进行设计调整，新式礼（常）服主色调采用墨绿色，衬衣和长（短）袖夏常服上衣为卡其色，礼（常）服大（卷）檐帽牙线和领带为浅墨绿色。

　　这次换发的火箭军新式礼（常）服，颜色服饰更具军种性，墨绿色以火箭军主战装备颜色为基础，传承了我军军服的经典绿色，卡其色是以导弹点火腾飞时喷出的烈焰为基础，是国际军服的经典色。此外，新式礼（常）服色彩体系更具平衡性，色彩搭配也更具创新性。为避免浪费，火箭军库存的陆军制式礼（常）服，将调整给陆军部队使用。

　　一是颜色服饰更具军种性。墨绿色以火箭军主战装备颜色为基础，传承了我军军服的经典绿色，更符合国际军服发展趋势，地域和季节适应性更强；卡其色以导弹点火腾飞时喷出的烈焰为基础，是国际军服的经典色，与多数色彩都能够协调一致，官兵着装效果更为突出；火箭军军种胸标，由五星、导弹加象征胜利的“V”型图案组成，军种属性更加凸显。

　　二是色彩体系更具平衡性。07式军服体系中，陆、海、空三军礼（常）服的主色调分别为松枝绿、藏青色与蓝灰色，从色系上可以概括为“一绿两蓝”。火箭军礼（常）服主色调确定为墨绿色，调整纳入07式军服体系，实现了陆、海、空、火箭军四军种“两绿两蓝”的色彩格局，07式军服色彩体系更为平衡，视觉效果更为和谐。

　　三是颜色搭配更具创新性。07式军服体系中，陆军、空军礼（常）服与军种衬衣采用同色系搭配；海军礼（常）服主色调为藏青色，与军种衬衣形成对比色搭配；新研的火箭军礼（常）服主色调为墨绿色，衬衣为卡其色，属邻近色组合，进一步创新了军种服装色彩搭配方式，丰富和发展了我军军服色彩体系，标志着我军军服建设水平实现了新的跨越。
