Ziyang of China's former Vice Mayor Zhao Yongtao bribes more than 5.7 million first instance sentenced 10

The Court found, Lezhi accused Zhao Yongtao served as Communist Party Secretary of County party Committee and Ziyang city, jianyang municipal party Committee Secretary and Vice Mayor of process, taking advantage of his position to facilitate, for the benefit of others, illegally accepting other people's property, amounted to the equivalent of more than 5.7 million Yuan, its behavior constituted the crime of bribery.

中国资阳原副市长赵涌涛受贿570余万 一审获刑10年
新华社成都6月30日专电（记者吴光于）四川省内江市中级人民法院日前一审对被告人赵涌涛受贿一案公开宣判，被告人赵涌涛犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑10年，并处罚金人民币50万元；扣押的违法所得依法上缴国库。

　　法院审理查明，被告人赵涌涛在担任中共乐至县县委书记和简阳市市委书记、资阳市人民政府副市长过程中，利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币570余万元，其行为构成受贿罪。

　　赵涌涛归案后，能够如实供述办案机关已掌握的犯罪事实，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分犯罪事实，真诚悔罪、积极退赃，依法从轻处罚。
