　　7月2日，中部战区陆军所属5个集团军10支装甲精锐齐聚青铜峡训练基地，“中部铁拳—坦克·铁骑”竞赛拉开战幕。这是中部战区陆军继5月中旬在江西南昌组织“中部铁拳-勇士”竞赛之后，对实战化训练展开的又一次探索和尝试。

　　竞赛组织

　　“中部铁拳—坦克·铁骑”竞赛，以我军坦克和装甲分队训练大纲为依据，借鉴近年来国外联训联演联赛的有益经验，本着竞赛牵引训练、备战与训练同步的原则，由装甲兵学院作为“第三方”设计课目、评判裁决，全面检验作战平台和遂行作战任务最小作战单位的实战能力。

　　竞赛设置

　　据竞赛委员会主任、中部战区陆军副参谋长唐宁介绍，此次竞赛设置坦克单、双车赛和步战车单、双车赛。坦克单车赛，参赛坦克围绕赛道行驶21公里，通过8类障碍物，完成3种武器短停间对地面、空中3类7个目标射击；坦克双车赛，参赛队同时两台坦克参加，每台坦克分别围绕赛道行驶16公里，通过8类障碍物，交叉完成3种武器短停间、行进间对地面、空中3类8个目标射击。

　　步战车单车赛，要行驶21公里通过8类障碍物，完成2种武器短停对地面、空中3类7个目标射击；参加步战车双车赛的每辆步战车分别行驶16公里通过8类障碍物，交叉完成2种武器短停对地面、空中3类8个目标射击。

　　除此之外，参赛战车均要完成3次对3公里内随机出现的敌情进行观察、报知与指示目标，官兵也要接受体能、技能、智能、指挥能力的综合考核，以全面检验主战装备技术性能和分队指挥员能力素质。

　　奖项设置

　　据悉，此次竞赛区分坦克组和步战车组，分别设置优胜单位奖、最佳车组奖、最佳射击奖、情报侦察奖、最快转场奖五类奖项。未来四天内，5个英雄单位的装甲劲旅将在贺兰山下展开全力角逐。

　　正是在这一背景之下，今年5月中旬，新成立不久的中部战区陆军在江西南昌组织了“中部铁拳·勇士”竞赛，所属各部队派出了以班组为单位的代表队参赛。与以往的比武考核相比，这次竞赛不仅在内容上发生了明显变化，在组织方式，评价标准上都有了探索和创新。

　　贴近实战设计竞赛内容，借助院校资源组织实施，引入“第三方力量”监察，通过技术手段确保公平公正等等，不仅检验了部队的班组作战能力，为部队训练树立了新的导向，而且还倒逼官兵解放思想，积极投入训练改变。

　　显然，“中部铁拳-坦克·铁骑”竞赛是“中部铁拳·勇士”竞赛的“姊妹篇”，是中部战区陆军着眼推动实战化训练打出的一套“组合拳”，无论是指导理念还是组织方式上都同宗同源，一脉相承。唯一不同的，恐怕只有竞赛内容和参赛队员了。

　　6月下旬，经习主席批准全军实战化军事训练座谈会在北京召开，对军队的实战化训练提出了新的要求。

　　这次中部战区陆军打破常规组织部队不远千里赴塞外进行坦克竞赛，除了给广大军迷们送上了视觉上的“福利”，何尝不是落实全军实战化军事训练座谈会精神的具体举措，何尝不是对部队开展实战化训练的一次探索创新呢？
