新一轮强降雨致贵州13人死亡17人失踪(图)

　　中新网贵阳7月4日电  (记者 张伟)记者4日从贵州省民政厅获悉，截至4日16时，新一轮强降雨造成16.9万人受灾，因灾死亡13人，失踪17人，伤病3人。

　　贵州省气象部门监测，7月3日12时至4日7时，贵州全省出现特大暴雨3县13乡镇，大暴雨25乡镇，暴雨3县105乡镇，最大雨量为江口县坝盘乡373.1毫米，此轮特大暴雨主要集中在铜仁市中南部地区。

　　强降雨导致贵州多地山洪暴发、河水陡涨、民房进水、房屋倒塌、农田冲毁，公路、水利、通讯、电力等基础设施损毁严重。

　　贵州省各级民政部门初步统计，截至4日16时，7月3日以来强降雨已造成万山、碧江、江口15县(市、区)不同程度受灾，受灾人口169355人，紧急转移27485人，因灾死亡13人，失踪17人，伤病3人。

　　受强降雨影响，贵州省农作物受灾面积达3849公顷，成灾面积2276公顷，绝收872公顷；倒塌农房146户666间，不同程度损坏农房1313户3964间。因灾直接经济损失达1.55亿元人民币。

　　本轮强降雨造成贵州多地受灾，其中铜仁市受灾最为严重，铜仁市共5县区不同程度受灾，因灾死亡失踪28人。铜仁境内碧江区城区严重内涝，万山区部分城区进水，江口县县城内涝，基础设施损失较为严重。

　　灾情发生后，贵州省副省长刘远坤率民政、国土资源、水利等有关部门负责同志紧急赶赴铜仁市重灾区，指导抢险救灾工作。贵州省减灾办、省民政厅持续加强汛期救灾应急值守，密切关注雨情、汛情、灾情，跟踪了解受灾地区灾情发展，及时收集上报灾情信息，加强救灾救助工作指导。受贵州省减灾委副主任、省民政厅厅长罗宁委派，省民政厅张惠明副厅长率工作组紧急赶赴铜仁市重灾区查看灾情，指导帮助救灾救助工作。

　　灾情正在进一步核实统计中。目前，贵州全省各地灾区抢险救援和救灾救助工作正紧张有序进行。灾区人心安定，社会稳定。
