　　雷切勒现身说法，只能证明所谓仲裁庭只是某些势力的代言人，再次说明菲律宾阿基诺政府提起的仲裁涉及到南沙群岛有关岛礁主权和海洋划界问题，戳 破了阿基诺当局编织三年多的谎言。应菲单方面请求建立的仲裁庭对本案没有管辖权，仲裁庭即将作出的裁决，是扩权、滥权的非法产品，不具任何法律效力。

　　需要指出的是，中国在南海的领土主权和相关权利是在长期的历史过程中形成的，为历届中国政府坚持，具有充分的历史和法律依据。中国在南海的主权和权益不受非法裁决的影响。

　　问：据报道，伊拉克首都巴格达市中心商业区3日发生自杀式炸弹袭击，造成至少119人死亡，约200人受伤。中方对此有何评论？

　　答：中方反对一切形式的恐怖主义，对此次袭击予以强烈谴责，对遇难者表示哀悼，向遇难者家属和受伤人员表示慰问。

　　会后，有记者问及：美国国务院6月30日发布2016年度《贩运人口报告》，对中国内地及香港、澳门特区打击贩运人口状况及政策进行指责。中方对此有何回应？

　　洪磊表示，中国政府打击拐卖人口犯罪的决心坚定不移，成效有目共睹。中方坚决反对美方根据国内法对别国打击拐卖人口工作说三道四、打分排队。中方认为，拐卖犯罪是世界各国面临的共同问题，中方愿与各国进一步加强合作，携手打击拐卖人口犯罪。

　　报告有关内容还罔顾事实，对香港、澳门特区政府无端指责，特区政府已就此作出回应。我愿再次强调，港澳事务属于中国内政，我们坚决反对美方以任何方式进行干预。
