　　我们希望各国能客观、公正地看待中国企业的境外并购，对这种正常的商业行为给予公平待遇，并为其创造合理、透明的经营环境。中国政府也将通过各种投资、经济合作多双边工作机制，为企业境外并购营造良好的规则、秩序和环境。
