　　新京报快讯（记者吴为）7月5日下午，记者从民政部官方网站获悉，该部民间组织管理局主管的中国社会组织网（www.chinanpo.gov.cn）“离岸社团”“山寨社团”曝光台公布了第9批220家“离岸社团”“山寨社团”名单。在这次公布的名单中，绝大部分“山寨社团”以“中国”“中华”打头，如“中华新闻出版联合会”“中国国际戒毒协会”“中华工商联合会”。

　　民政部介绍，根据我国社会组织登记注册的相关规定，在内地成立社会组织，需依法在民政部门办理相关登记手续。全国性社会团体的名称冠以“中国”“全国”“中华”等字样的，应当按照国家有关规定，经过民政部批准；地方性社会团体的名称不得冠以“中国”“全国”“中华”等字样。

　　民政部表示，对曝光名单进行动态管理，及时更新，并对已注销的社团进行监控。如果这些注册在境外的山寨组织，未登记或未取得临时活动许可开展活动的，将予以取缔，没收非法财物所得，对责任人进行警告、罚款甚至拘留。
