　　2016年7月6日，山东省淄博市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了河南省人大常委会原副主任秦玉海受贿案。

　　山东省淄博市人民检察院起诉指控：2001年至2013年，被告人秦玉海利用其担任中共焦作市委书记、河南省人民政府副省长兼河南省公安厅厅长、河南省人大常委会副主任等职务上的便利，为38家单位或个人在企业收购、职务晋升、车辆年审等方面提供帮助，直接或通过特定关系人非法收受上述单位或个人给予的财物共计折合人民币2086万余元。

　　庭审中，公诉机关出示了相关证据，秦玉海及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，秦玉海还进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪、悔罪。秦玉海的亲属、全国和山东省两级人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众60余人旁听了庭审。

　　庭审结束后法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
