(2) 30 days water is 7.5 per cent less than the same period of normal years.
4 Dry red warning signal
Standard: meets one of the following conditions.
(1) water (flow) fell to or below its minimum (small);
(2) 30 days of water is more than 90% less than the same period of normal years.
