格力方面表示，本次购买的标的公司资产规模较大，且部分下属子公司属于境外主体，所涉及的尽职调查、审计、评估等工作量较大，所需时间较长；同时，本次交易涉及多个监管部门，对于方案涉及的相关审批问题，公司需与有关部门做进一步的协调、沟通和确认，“因此该事项尚存较大不确定性。”
除了公布拟收购珠海银隆的全部股权外，格力方面并未透露更多的信息。不过，记者留意到，根据众业达3月9日的一则关于转让珠海银隆公司1%股权的公告，当时珠海银隆的整体估值为50亿元。
