  原标题:长沙一拆迁村民被埋废墟身亡 官方称正在处理


  新京报快讯(记者王煜 实习生冷苑歌)7月7日上午,长沙市岳麓区茶子山村一处拆迁废墟内挖出一具遗体。经家属辨认,是21天前在拆迁中失踪的60岁村民龚雪辉。对此,长沙市岳麓区委书记周志凯回应称,当地政府正在依法处理此事。


  死者龚雪辉的侄女孙知告诉新京报(微信公号ID:bjnews_xjb)记者,自己与龚家系邻居,均为长沙市岳麓区观沙岭街道茶子山村茶山组居民。孙知介绍,上个月开始,茶子山村开始推进回购房拆迁项目,先后有多名工作人员前来村里动员,但龚雪辉一家一直未能与拆迁工作组达成协议。


  据孙知介绍,6月15日晚上,茶子山村村干部再次带领数名工作人员前来龚雪辉家谈判,但双方依旧未谈拢。6月16日早8点半左右,龚雪辉家突然出现数百名身着统一黑色T恤的工作人员,并试图将包括龚雪辉在内的家庭成员拖至屋外汽车内。“当时场面很混乱,几个人被分散到了不同的车里,互相不知道其他人在哪”。


  茶子山村多位村民向新京报记者证实,6月16日上午,龚雪辉家被强拆,在龚家被夷为平地后,其家庭成员才得以脱身。


  孙知介绍说,强拆事件发生后,家里人一直找不到龚雪辉。为此,他们还在长沙市内印发寻人启事,但没有得到回应。7月6日开始,龚家人雇用挖掘机挖掘拆迁废墟,至7日上午,在废墟中发现了龚雪辉的遗体。


  孙知提供的现场视频显示,众多工作人员正在清理现场。她告诉新京报(微信公号ID:bjnews_xjb)记者,就遗体归属,龚家人与现场警察一度发生冲突。


  7月7日早些时候,长沙市岳麓区委书记周志凯回应称,当地政府已介入此事,正在依法处理。
