法院宣判，四被告在判决生效之日起立即停止在涉案游戏上使用“天天炫舞”标志；上海祥游公司、天津卓越晨星公司、北京卓越晨星公司在“天天炫舞”游戏官方微博、微信公众号、游戏官网上刊登声明，消除影响，并赔偿腾讯公司经济损失三十万元。
