中国失业率数据不实？人社部：数据无任何修饰

　　新京报快讯(记者吴为)7月8日，国务院召开政策例行吹风会。针对有记者称近期媒体报道中国官方失业率统计与真实情况可能存在出入一事，人社部副部长信长星表示，公布的失业率都是真实的失业率，没有加任何修饰。

　　据人社部公布的相关信息，截至2016年二季度末，我国城镇登记失业率为4.05%，人社部称，这一数据比一季度略微有上升，但总体上还处在较低水平。在达沃斯论坛上披露的31个大城市的城镇调查失业率，5月份的数据为5.02%。对于这些失业数据，人社部表示，上半年前几个月城镇调查失业率保持在一个较低水平，是走低的趋势。

　　此外，他还表示，认为中国经济一波动，企业就马上裁员的看法也是不对的。“我调查了很多企业，这几年经济也在下行，企业也面临着订单不足或者短期的经营困难，但是许多企业在面临这些困难的时候第一想到的不是裁员，而是把这些员工稳定下来，给他们提供一些培训或者其它措施，并不是经济好了就招人，经济不好了就裁员，并不是这样。”信长星说。
