　　周建，男，汉族，1966年10月出生，湖南衡阳县人，在职硕士研究生文化。1987年6月加入中国共产党，1984年4月参加工作。任湖南衡山县委书记。2016年4月，因涉嫌严重违纪，接受组织调查。
