　　7月7日，杨全叫来了一台挖掘机，在建筑垃圾内，挖出了一具遗体。经家属辨认，正是失踪21天的龚雪辉。

　　杨全的家位于长沙市岳麓区茶子山村茶山组，这是长沙市区内的一处城中村。

　　杨全告诉新京报记者，去年下半年，观沙岭街道拆迁指挥中心与茶子山村干部开始登门，告知即将拆迁的消息。

　　杨全家中共有十口人。他说，当时的补偿条件是每人28万元，但是据其个人了解，周边补偿价在每人45万元，因为这个原因，双方并没有谈拢。

　　按照杨全的表述，6月16日上午8时30分，村干部带领数百名不明身份的人员，开始强行闯入家中。当时屋里人员除自己外，还有其母亲龚雪辉，妻子李要、嫂子苏姣丽等7人。

　　龚雪辉的侄女孙知也证实了此事。她告诉新京报记者，自己与龚家系邻居，均为长沙市岳麓区观沙岭街道茶子山村茶山组居民。孙知介绍，上个月开始，茶子山村开始推进回购房拆迁项目，先后有多名工作人员前来村里动员，但龚雪辉一家一直未能与拆迁工作组达成协议。

　　新京报记者了解到，所谓的“回购房拆迁”是当地村民的叫法，实际上是农民回迁房拆迁工程，拆迁为了建回迁房，属于长沙市城中村改造项目。

　　据孙知介绍，6月15日晚上，茶子山村村干部再次带领数名工作人员前来龚雪辉家谈判，但双方依旧未谈拢。6月16日早8点半左右，龚雪辉家突然 出现数百名身着统一黑色T恤的工作人员，并试图将包括龚雪辉在内的家庭成员拖至屋外汽车内。“当时场面很混乱，几个人被分散到了不同的车里，互相不知道其 他人在哪”。

　　杨全记得，众人被拖拽至车中控制后，闯入其屋中人员开始把屋内物品扔往屋外，随后用挖掘机将房屋夷平。拆迁结束后众人发现，龚雪辉不见下落。

　　茶子山村多位村民向新京报记者证实，6月16日上午，龚雪辉家被强拆，在龚家被夷为平地后，其家庭成员才得以脱身。

　　孙知介绍说，强拆事件发生后，家里人一直找不到龚雪辉。为此，他们还在长沙市内印发寻人启事，但没有得到回应。

　　7月6日开始，龚家人雇挖掘机开始挖掘拆迁废墟，7日上午，在废墟中发现了龚雪辉的遗体。

　　龚雪辉与前夫离异多年，平时独自过活，以种地为生。最近几年，两个儿子都已结婚生子，她和前夫的关系也逐渐有些缓和，但并没有复婚。平时，前夫也会过来帮忙干点农活。

　　孙知说，龚雪辉的身体一向不错。6月15日，她忽然觉得有些感冒，随后便去医院检查身体，结果显示一切正常。而拿到检查结果后，龚雪辉还是觉得有些“放心不下”。

　　杨全告诉新京报记者，当时龚雪辉曾告诉对方，自己身体不好，过几日再搬。

　　多位邻居向新京报记者反映，龚家的经济状况良好，在当地属于小康水平。平时，龚雪辉时常会跟街坊一起聊天、打牌，“性格很温和”。

　　由于家有菜地，平时，龚雪辉不时会送一些自己种的菜给邻居。

　　茶子山村的村民称，最近，村子里经常人来游说搬迁。由于赔偿金没谈拢，龚雪辉一家一直没有搬迁。

　　事发前一天，拆迁人员和龚一家谈判到凌晨1点，也没有达成任何协议。
