随后赵女士认为司机有拐卖儿童的嫌疑，选择报警并启动滴滴的紧急求助功能。当滴滴客服致电赵女士时，赵女士表示女儿已经由司机安全送回上车地点。而司机表示并未更改目的地，一直正常服务。

至于为何“南辕北辙”，司机表示因为对道路不熟悉，按照导航走，而导航似乎出现了故障。经滴滴方面调查，司机的行驶路线和目的地可能存在绕路行为，走错方向。目前该司机帐号已经被封禁
