《通知》指出，表演者应依法依规从事网络表演活动，不得开展含有低俗、色情、暴力等国家法律法规禁止内容的网络表演。违规单位将被没收违法所得，并处罚款；情节严重的，责令停业整顿直至吊销《网络文化经营许可证》；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
《通知》要求，各地重点查处提供禁止内容等违法违规网络表演活动包括：提供含有《互联网文化管理暂行规定》第十六条规定的禁止内容，或利用人体缺陷或者以展示人体变异等方式招徕用户，或以恐怖、残忍、摧残表演者身心健康等方式以及以虐待动物等方式进行的网络表演活动；使用违法违规文化产品开展的网络表演活动；对网络表演活动进行格调低俗的广告宣传和市场推广行为等。
也就是说，《残酷底层物语》一文里描述的直播内容在《通知》出台后都将被禁止。
直播内容会怎么发展？
资料显示，去年我国在线直播平台已经接近200家，用户数量已经达到2亿，直播的市场规模已达90亿元。这些数字到2016年上半年，仍在迅猛增长。
