中国最高人民法院新闻局副局长、新闻发言人孙军工辞职的消息备受关注，还缘于其接下来的新工作。
7月6日，有知情人士向《华夏时报》记者证实，孙军工已正式加入阿里巴巴，担任公共事务部副总裁。但该消息至今未得到中国最高人民法院院官方证实。不过，记者当日注意到，在中国最高人民法院官方网站“内设机构主要人员”中，“新闻局副局长”一职已处于空缺状态。
从中国最高人民法院研究室刑事处到人民法院报社，再到中国最高人民法院办公厅任新闻发言人，孙军工在媒体和朋友圈都是一个评价还不错的学者型官员，而此次突然弃官从商，并加入目前最热门的互联网＋公司阿里巴巴，即将迈入知天命之年的孙军工魄力确实让业界倍感意外。
口碑不错的发言人
正当业界关注孙军工的去向时，阿里巴巴公共事务部内部一则副总裁的任命，瞬间让孙军工陷入舆论的旋涡。
7月8日，记者从多条消息源确认，孙军工于7月4日开始正式加入阿里巴巴，并且直接担任公共事务部副总裁，直接向阿里巴巴资深总裁金建杭汇报。不过，该消息记者并没有得到阿里巴巴官方回复。
资料显示，1968年出生的孙军工是北京人，法学博士，曾在中国最高人民法院研究室刑事处、人民法院报社、中国最高人民法院办公厅任职，长期从事刑事法律司法解释、司法政策研究工作和司法新闻宣传工作。
据了解，中国最高人民法院每逢重大新闻发布会，一般都能看到孙军工的身影，或是出席或是主持。此外，孙军工还有一项重要的工作就是每年3月的全国两会，对高院院长工作报告的解读。而孙军工最后一次主持最高院的新闻发布会是今年4月18日。
当时资料显示，当日中国最高人民法院发布了两高《关于办理贪污贿赂刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》。该发布会让业界更加重视的原因是，发布会期间对备受各方期待的贪污受贿犯罪量刑做出了调整。
“在工作方面他善于琢磨，自从当上新闻发言人以来，曾为宣传出过不少的点子。”有认识孙军工的人士向《华夏时报》记者评价称。
据悉，孙军工当上高院发言人不久，他就在新华网开通博客。记者在他的第一篇博客中就看到他对发言人严谨的工作信条：“我的底线是坚持不说假话，但也不能保证网友的所有问题都可以解答。”此外，他还提议公开各法院发言人的联系方式，同时改进了高院的例行发布会时间等。
“现在每月第一周的周二上午高院发布会的惯例都是孙军工建议的，该建议一直到今天还在持续。”有接近孙军工的人士向本报记者介绍说。
工作上兢兢业业，而在圈子里口碑也不错。一位从事司法报道多年的资深记者提起孙军工时表示，孙是一个工作比较细致的人，与其谈话聊天比较自然，也没有架子。每次发布会之后，习惯性地和记者聊上几句，在业内比较受欢迎。
一位曾与孙军工有工作接触的业内人士表示，除了主持发布会和重大会议，孙军工对法规和新的司法解释也都非常了解，是集专家型法官与媒体人于一身的跨界精英。
什么打动了阿里
“阿里之所以选择孙军工，一方面是看中了他在发言人位置呆了多年，有相当丰富的经验，正好与阿里在法律方面近两年面临的困境相吻合；而另一方面是看中了孙军工在工作方面雷厉风行的做派和善于琢磨的工作劲头。”一位业内人士对记者分析说。
据记者了解，年仅48岁的孙军工在高院发言人的位置上一呆就是7年，并且从工作经历上看，不但谙熟法律且又是宣传方面的老将。
数据显示，孙军工参与起草过多个司法政策性文件,包括《中国最高人民法院关于加强人民法院基层建设的若干意见》等，还著有《循环经济法治化探析》《金融诈骗罪》等文章。而在孙军工担任中国最高人民法院新闻局新闻发言人期间，已主持新闻发布会、通气会300多场。
上述业内人士分析认为，阿里此举最大的可能是为将来的发展布更大的一盘棋。
据记者了解，阿里巴巴在商业领域的板块越来越大，从前涉足电子商务到日前的互联网汽车，阿里似乎要将整个世界买回家。业内人士分析说，阿里的布局涉及到方方面面，未来如何整合这些资源形成聚合力，持续考验着阿里的智慧。
“阿里巴巴如何将产业更深入地做精、做强，仅靠收购是不能达到的，必须将收购来的产业进行更深入的融合和贯通。”有了解阿里的人士对本报记者分析说，在融合过程中，特别是关于更多的法律和监管问题，阿里必须在法律方面做到万事俱备，不留死角，不重走阿里健康的老路。
“其实，近两年持续被调查，阿里巴巴一直陷入法律困境。”一位长期关注阿里巴巴的业内人士称。
这应该追溯到2015年1月，当时国家工商总局披露的2014年《关于对阿里巴巴集团进行行政指导工作情况的白皮书》中指出，阿里系网络交易平台存在主体准入把关不严、对商品信息审查不力、信用评价存有缺陷等5大突出问题，并对阿里巴巴集团提出相关工作要求。
虽然当时阿里巴巴通过与工商总局联手，对其商品进行零容忍度的调查，避过发展过程中的困境，但事后被业界指责为阿里巴巴对法律先天布局方面的缺失。
今年年初，阿里又遭遇药品电子监管码诉讼困境。被逼无奈，2月21日，药品电子监管网运营商阿里健康交出了药品电子监管网，此后依靠药品电子监管码布局的阿里健康不得不再重新布局药品监管码。而今年5月25日，阿里还遭遇了SEC调查。更有意思的是，时至今日，目前尚不知SEC是何时开始调查的，也不知道SEC是基于何种理由进行调查。
“此次孙军工弃政从商进入阿里巴巴管理层之后，或将补充阿里巴巴公司在法律方面的劣势。”有业内人士对记者直言。7月8日，接受记者采访的阿里相关人士表示，对于该事件公司不予置评。
