　　福建省公安消防总队指挥中心披露数据显示，9日0时至8时莆田市消防部队共接警出动抢险救援65起、车辆72台次、官兵409人次参与救援，救出数百名被困群众。

　　福州市消防支队上午接获逾10起警情，已经组织4个抗洪抢险突击分队共40名官兵赶赴永泰和闽清增援。参与救援官兵介绍，闽清部分路段积水已没过消防车底盘。

　　中新网记者当日上午在福州街头观察到，往日热闹的街道空无一人，许多小区、高楼门口均用沙包堆砌了防水墙。

　　福州是台风多发地，不少福州市民已提前买好所需生活物资，以便周末宅在家中躲避台风肆虐。而部分未提前准备食物的市民今早不得不“顶风出行”，五四路上一名提着购物袋的市民撑着伞艰难前行，购物袋中满是面包、方便面；有的市民干脆收起被强风“折磨”得散架的雨伞，直面风雨以求减少行走阻力。

　　分析称，“尼伯特”登陆时强度为强热带风暴，会造成登陆地附近和经过沿线狂风暴雨，登陆后还将滞留至10日夜间方离开。此次风、浪、潮、雨、涝叠加将是巨大考验。（完）
