专家:抱怨员工时先想想自己

重庆师范大学心理学教授周小燕称,这种老板就跟小时候我们的家长一样,永远是:你看别人家的孩子如何如何。在他们眼里,最好的孩子永远是别人家的,最好的员工也永远是别人公司的。要我说,这是病,得治。别人家的好孩子是别人家的好父母教育出来的,熊孩子的父母一定也属熊;老板与员工,同理。抱怨孩子、员工的时候,想一想,自己是不是别人家的父母、别人公司的老板。
