In this perspective, the United Nations is to further strengthen the dialogue among stakeholders, our Rome, take a different approach, to achieve our key objective. In this regard, public service activities including charity is one of the key driving factor, promoting the economic restructuring and the transformation of society.

Charity has a very strong power, we adopted and official development agencies, including Government, able to create extraordinary results. Of course, we need to do more, not just charity regarded such a simple platform, in fact it is the involvement of multiple stakeholders, not just governments, they can be creative and help us to further strengthen our emerging markets, including emerging philanthropists to join, including from China and from all over the world to join in the South.

I have some experience and experiences, and share with you, some people have heard before, but on the whole, I hope to have the opportunity to share with you my story. 感谢马云，感谢阿里巴巴集团，也非常感谢您的介绍，今天我们非常荣幸和这么多人，能够和为人类社会贡献的这些专家们共聚一堂。

同时非常感谢杭州副市长，同时我也是想要感谢所有杭州市民、杭州市政府的热烈欢迎，这是一个非常漂亮的、发展非常快速的美丽的城市，我们看到九月份G20峰会在这儿召开，同时我也想要祝贺。

另外我们也是可以看到，非常感谢尊敬的前首相戈登?布朗先生，作为整个全球教育的特别使节，我也非常高兴能够和可汗先生会面，他也是今天的主旨演讲者之一，我也非常高兴看到我的好朋友，名人李连杰先生到此，同时我也看到他的电影，非常喜欢，他也是非常致力于公益事业的明星，同时还有姚明，我也只在电视上见到过他本人，今天非常高兴见到他。

我觉得他的椅子稍微低了一点，矮了一点，应该再矮一点才行。

女士们、先生们，早上好，我们非常高兴能够来到美丽的杭州，这其实是我们的人间天堂杭州，为什么我们会觉得这一次的聚首是非常令人激动，因为我们看到这么多人是真正投入到公益，同时也是投入到整个人类社会的进展。同时我们也看到在很多地方，很多民众正在遭受严重的环境灾害，包括在最近的洪水侵害中，很多中国民众失去了生命。

有时候，可能有一些自然灾害没法去抗争，但是至少作为联合国，作为我们整个全体人类，我们是可以展示出我们在这方面的努力。我们虽然有这样的困难和悲伤，我们仍然需要携起手来一起为这些不幸丧生的民众、家人表示最诚挚的慰问。

整个公益和慈善背后是有更多的意义，我们非常欣赏。

女士们、先生们，这是一个非常好的机会，能够使我们互相进行交流，可以一起去关注公益，怎么样能够让中国和全世界进行可持续发展。确实我们可以看到，在全球合作方面，我们有非常可贵的进展，全球领导者们签署了四个框架公约和协议。

第一个是关于救灾。第二个是能够对这些发展中国家提供相应的支持，这也是我们AAA议程当中非常重要的一部分。同时最重要的一点，就是2030可持续发展目标日程，还有气侯变化，这是我们的四大支柱，能够指导我们未来的发展和进步。

这些里程碑给我们带来了非常重要的信息——全球社会正在致力改变我们的社会进程，同时这些相应的协议要确保和平、没有贫穷的社会，一个活跃的经济，并且确保能够创造很好的机会，去打造未来健康的星球。

这些可持续发展的目标是非常重要的，能够让全世界70亿人民走上一个可持续发展历程，同时服务我们的子孙后代，这方面中国已经提供了非常卓越的领导力，在多边的努力框架下，中国的贡献非常明显。

去年联合国大会的时候，在联大，习近平主席呼吁世界领导者行动起来，所以我们要更好地调整我们心态，去为人类打造一个共享的未来，以多赢和双赢的合作为基础，为社会谋福祉。女士们、先生们，我们确实需要你们的领导力，携手创造美好的未来方面，确实需要大家的领导力。

让我们一起携手加入这样一个可持续发展的变革、旅程和过程。联合国包括政府界、企业界，以及我们的学术界和公民社会，以及公益和慈善群体，将被拧成一股绳，以前所未有的方式提出很好的想法，并且把这些想法转化为实践，去实践2030的雄心。我们要形成包容的合作伙伴关系，并且要有问责，能够进行公允的责任分配。

我作为联合国负责人十年这样的任期内，我所总结的经验就是我们必须要能够获得多方的合作伙伴关系，包括政府界，包括商界以及公民社会，不同的利益相关方的合作，所以这些合作伙伴和利益相关方是非常关键的，没有他们的合作，我们将会一事无成，我们必须要能够拧成一股绳，充分运用我们的优势和资源，去实现我们的成果。

从这个角度而言，我也非常欣赏三月份的时候，中国政府出台的一些新法律，进一步采取行动，为国内慈善业创造积极的、有力的环境。不管是非政府组织、基金会还是企业，当社会繁荣的时候，你们也相应会繁荣起来，这时候我们如何应对这些各种问题，包括一些贫穷等等。

在这样的角度下，联合国也是进一步加大不同的利益相关方的对话，我们殊途同归，采取不同的方法，去实现我们关键的目标。在这方面，公益活动，包括慈善是关键的驱动因素之一，推动着社会经济转型和变革。

慈善有着非常强大的力量，我们通过和一些官方的发展机构，包括和政府合作，能够创造不同凡响的效果。当然我们需要做得更多，不仅仅把这样一个慈善机构视作是简单的平台，其实它是有多重的利益相关方参与其中，不仅仅是政府这边，他们能够有创新性，并且帮助我们去进一步强化这些新兴市场，包括新兴慈善家的加入，包括来自于中国以及来自于全球南方国家的加入。

我们可以进一步拓展这个空间，在这个过程当中可以彼此学习，本次大会将提供非常好的机会，进一步交流和交换我们彼此的愿景。本次首届全球XIN公益大会也将会进一步推动最佳实践的分享，我们可以从全世界最具有创新精神、最成功的领导者来学习，从而获益良多，他们有不同背景。

所以对于联合国全球契约而言，我们也是在全世界展开工作，我们的宗旨是实现这样的一个问责以及责任承担。我自己也看到联合国全球契约十大原则的力量，包括对于劳动力管理以及环境，包括反腐以及人权保护等等，还有其他一些原则，在联合国契约框架下帮助了数千家企业和公司，为可持续性作出了贡献。

并且我们这个契约框架下有80个本地网络平台，这也是非常理想的平台，去落地这些具体的项目，对接本地相关的需求。我也邀请每一个企业界的领导者以及企业家，包括我们在座各位的嘉宾，在未来经商过程中进一步遵从联合国契约框架中的原则，进一步提高人类的生活水平。当然我们还是希望在我们经营企业的过程中，能够实现进一步变革，我们需要能够把人和星球、环境视作我们所做的一切的重心，我们需要大家的帮助，确保实现可持续发展目标，这是所有企业需要为之奋斗的目标，也是针对所有人民要为之奋斗的目标。

当然我在这儿并不是说要让大家捐钱给联合国，我之所以在这儿演讲，我希望能够呼吁大家企业的运营，包括你们企业的愿景要和联合国可持续发展目标协同起来，并且和巴黎这边在气侯变化的协议协同起来。

我邀请大家把联合国这边的一些日程视作是你们未来灵感的来源，这是我今天的主要倡议，我来这儿并不是向大家要钱的，事实上我们需要大家的帮助，来去让联合国可持续发展目标成为现实，为所有的人，不管他们来自于全世界哪个地方，这不光光是政府，我们是为全球的人民，为整个星球来去谋福祉，在这方面，其实人民的力量是无限的，一旦他们加入进来，为全球福祉作贡献，这时候潜力是无限的。

我自己有一些体验和经历，可以和大家分享一下，可能有些人之前也有所耳闻，但总体来说，我希望有机会再去跟大家分享一下我自己的故事。大家都了解我是来自于韩国，韩国有很多大企业，包括现代、三星集团，包括江南Style等等，大家因此而熟知，我在二十世纪五十年代长大的一个国家，当时是完全不同的情况。

当时我还是六岁，出现了一个战争，韩国受到了战争非常大的影响，当时韩国置身于战争之中，很多基础设施，包括房屋、建筑、学校都被摧毁了。当我们在战后回到那里的时候，看到一片废墟，孩子已经没有校舍和校园了，我们在树荫下学习，当时也没有教科书，也没有铅笔可用，也没有我们今天坐着的椅子。

当时联合国来了，联合国有维和部队，并且也带了物资，包括水、食物、教科书，这是我们所需要的。当时联合国确实非常关键，给我们带来了这些救命的物资。直至今天，这些记忆仍然非常鲜明，让我印象深刻，当我长大之后，我也在思考我个人到底如何为我的国家作出贡献，以及为全世界作贡献，最好的作贡献的方式是什么，我决定开始去承担这方面的一些公共领域的工作，所以之后我成为了联合国的一个负责人。

人们说千里之行始于足下，所以我们要迈出这第一步，如果这第一步迈得好，意味着我们成功了一半。2030日程是一个非常重要的平台，能够让公共部门的政策和私营部门的行动协同起来，为星球上每个人未来的繁荣作出贡献。

现在大家能够接收到非常清晰的政策信号，就是要充分挖掘出人类的聪明和潜力，并且撬动投资杠杆为我们实现可持续发展，我们要记住，可持续发展要能够和应对气侯变化的影响结合起来考虑，这是非常重要的，不能够割裂起来。

在实现可持续发展目标方面，总共有17大目标，没有单一目标可以割裂起来，所有这些目标都有千丝万缕的联系，这17大目标是一个统一整体，我们要从总体全局角度实现这些目标，应对气侯变化，并且去重视和保护我们的生态系统，一旦我们做好了，这这会使人和星球受益匪浅，这方面获益有很多，包括健康，包括国家安全以及能源安全方面，都会有非常多的获益，我们要进行跨行业的合作，我们要展开深度的合作伙伴关系。

我们都是应对着同样的问题，当然我们可能会有不同的解决方案，当然这些目标是有融合性，我们在这里共聚一堂，是因为我们带着共同的目标、共同的雄心在这儿的，也就是进一步推动人类的福祉，去应对系统性挑战，去扫除我们未来发展路上的障碍。我们在中国，让我们的公益，包括慈善成为一个强大的力量，来去把我们引领到2030年的目的地。
