　　“食品添加剂是为了增加食品的满意度，但是什么食品能加，什么食品不能加，加多少，都是有严格控制的，都是有科学的标准来衡量的，所以大家不要说到添加剂就视为祸害。”滕佳材说，消费者对食品的满意度不能只是简单判断，而应有科学的认识。国家对于超标准、超范围使用添加剂现象坚决进行严厉打击。

　　对于食品安全的监管，滕佳材介绍，中国正在进行国家食品安全的数据计划，开发一款名为“食安查”的手机APP，把所有食品类别的抽检报告进行数据共享，消费者在买东西的时候，用手机扫一扫二维码，商品的质量就会显示出来，以此倒逼生产企业加强食品安全的风险控制。

　　中国工程院院士、中粮集团总工程师岳国君认为，由于政府对食品安全的监管越来越严，当前已是历史上中国食品最安全的阶段，但是，随着社会发展，民众生活水平的不断提高，人们对食品安全的期待也在不断上升，国家食品安全标准也在不断严格，所以，食品安全永远“在路上”。（完）
