今年24岁的李小姐(化名)在广州白云区新市工作，是一名教师，21日晚上11点多，她突然收到朋友发来的信息，称看到她的自拍照出现在网上。“那些色情的广告……约什么啊之类的。”

对此，李小姐就非常吃惊，并要求朋友发截图给她，只见一个名字为“俏金莲”的用户发布多张女子的自拍照，而其中一张则是李小姐本人，该照片上印有“中外高档兼职、美女、上酒店宾馆”等字样，底下还留有一个手机号码。

朋友拨打了这个电话，一名女子接电话说，可以安排上门服务，但不是照片上的女子，照片是网络图片。

李小姐说，朋友当时是在广州火车站搜索附近的人弹出的广告，而到了23日早上，另外一位朋友又在其他地方搜索到同样的一条信息。李小姐感到十分气愤，自己作为一名教师，有正当职业，但现在无缘无故被人盗取了照片，并发在了这些广告中，对她个人声誉有造成了损害。

李小姐介绍，这张自拍照是自己一个月前拍的，随后发布在个人的微信朋友圈上，而自己微信上的好友都是学生家长或者亲戚朋友，但没想到发生这样的事。

事后，李小姐已经报了案，目前，白云警方正立案调查。

对此，有律师表示，在这件事中，盗窃李小姐照片的人已经涉嫌侵犯其肖像权及名誉权。律师也提醒，如今，网络发达，市民在发布个人照片等信息时要注意保护好个人隐私。
