　　中新网西安7月11日电(记者 阿琳娜)西安市公安局雁塔分局11日晚通报称，6月24日晚发生在雁塔区公园南路的暴力妨害公务致执法人员和群众伤亡案件，公安机关已查明案情，5名涉案犯罪嫌疑人分别因涉嫌故意伤害罪、以危险方法危害公共安全罪、妨害公务罪被雁塔区人民检察院依法批准逮捕。

　　经公安机关查明，2016年6月24日晚，雁塔区城市管理局等驾坡执法中队和雁塔区等驾坡街道办按照全区统一安排部署，对非法占道、违规使用炭火烧烤炉具等违法经营行为进行整治。当日约21时许，执法中队巡查至公园南路老周家大灶台特色烧烤店时，发现其存在占道经营、违规使用炭火烧烤炉具的情况，遂对其炉具予以查扣。

　　店主周惠安(男，38岁)闻讯后于21时14分左右驾车赶至执法现场，直接冲上执法车辆，试图将被扣押的炉具卸下。执法人员张某上车予以制止，周惠安将张某拉倒在车厢内并骑压在张某的身上，双手紧卡张某的颈部，其他执法人员见状先后上车制止，对周惠安进行拖拉和击打，试图将张某解救出来。其后，周惠安被城管执法人员从车上拉下。

　　周惠安下车后，径直发动自己的橘红色别克SUV(车牌为陕AY4Y56)冲撞执法人员和围观群众，将4名执法人员及1名群众撞倒，其他执法人员见状即对其车辆进行拦阻。随后，周惠安又下车返回店中取出一把长约30cm的单刃尖刀，持刀追砍执法人员，将执法人员李某用刀从左侧背部刺入，致其死亡；将执法人员冯某前额部砍伤，并用刀具刺破执法车辆轮胎。该店其他4名店员也分别持械追打执法人员并打砸执法车辆。

　　此案致执法人员和群众1死9伤，经法医鉴定：死者李某系锐器致脾脏破裂，失血性休克死亡；1名执法人员轻伤，7名执法人员和1名群众轻微伤；4辆执法车辆被严重损坏。执法人员在制止周惠安暴力犯罪行为过程中，致其身体部分软组织挫伤。

　　目前，犯罪嫌疑人周惠安及其他4名涉案人员均已供述其犯罪行为，案件正在进一步办理中。(完)
