中方回应柬埔寨再次力挺中国南海问题立场
中新社北京7月11日电  (记者 蒋涛)中国外交部发言人陆慷11日在北京表示，柬方声明维护了中国和东盟十国共同签署的《南海各方行为宣言》和国际法的尊严与权威，也维护了中国与东盟的共同利益，有助于维护南海地区的和平稳定、安全与繁荣。
　　据报道，柬埔寨官方近日发表声明，再次力挺中国在南海问题上的立场。
　　对此，陆慷在当日例行记者会上答问时说，我们注意到柬埔寨外交国际合作部近日发表声明，表示仲裁案系中菲双方之间的争议，与东盟整体无关。柬方不会参与任何有关就仲裁案结果发表共同立场的行动。
　　“大家可能也知道，这已经是柬埔寨政府在不到一个月的时间内第三次明确表达在南海问题上的公正、公平的立场。”陆慷说，柬方的声明维护了中国和东盟十国共同签署的《南海各方行为宣言》和国际法的尊严与权威，也维护了中国与东盟的共同利益，有助于维护南海地区的和平稳定、安全与繁荣。
　　陆慷表示，近期又有很多国家公开表态支持中国在南海问题上的立场。仅以7月份为例，不到10天，除柬埔寨外，就有安哥拉、利比里亚、马达加斯加、巴布亚新几内亚、塞内加尔等国家表达了对中方南海立场的理解和支持。越来越多的国家能够主持正义、公开发声，充分证明了公道自在人心。
　　陆慷指出，面对越来越多的国家支持中方的立场，支持直接当事方通过双边谈判解决争议，支持主权国家自主选择解决争端的方式，在这样的一个事实面前，个别仍在试图拿所谓仲裁案抹黑中国的国家已经很难再以国际社会自居，已经很难再以国际法代言人自居，已经很难再称中国是所谓自我孤立了。
　　“是谁在遵守和维护国际法，谁在曲解、践踏国际法，事实自有公论，国际社会多数成员已表明了态度。”陆慷说。
