　　在国际顶级置业顾问莱坊（Knight Frank）最新发布的全球大城市一季度房价涨幅排行榜上，深圳和上海分别登上冠军和亚军宝座。

　　莱坊综合央行们和官方统计数据计算，全球150个大型城市今年一季度的房价平均上涨了4.5%（文末附图）。其中，最引人瞩目的是中国。深圳以62.5%的季度房价平均涨幅雄踞榜首，紧随其后的上海单季房价平均涨幅也达到30.5%。

　　在这份榜单上，共有四个中国的城市跻身前十。除了深圳和上海之外，南京和北京在一季度分别以17.8%和17.6%的涨幅位列第四和第五。
