一旦发现全身肌肉酸痛、浑身乏力、小便颜色变深甚至呈酱油色,要警惕是横纹肌溶解,应尽快到医院就诊。如果是吃完小龙虾后出现以上症状,可以先自行催吐,肌溶解患者还要大量喝水以防肾损伤,减少活动。

安全吃龙虾3步骤:

1、龙虾一定要清洗干净
