　　台湾“东森新闻云“报道称，菲律宾南海仲裁案仲裁庭依据《联合国海洋法公约》判定，九段线没有“法律依据”。这项判决具有“约束力”，但该法庭没有执法权。

　　新华社针对裁决结果发消息称，菲律宾南海仲裁案仲裁庭12日作出非法无效的所谓最终裁决。对此，中方多次声明，菲律宾共和国阿基诺三世政府单方面提起仲裁违背国际法，仲裁庭没有管辖权，中国不接受，不承认。

　　中国外交部发言人陆慷12日表示，所谓南海仲裁庭一开始就是建立在菲律宾违法行为和非法诉求基础上，它的存在不具备合法性，它做的一切裁决都是徒劳的、没有任何效力的。针对美国对自己及其盟友打开海洋法治的“违法之门”的行为，陆慷表示美方对国际法“合则用不合则弃”的投机做法才是危险的，值得国际社会高度警惕。
