据台湾媒体报道，台湾第一银行台北、台中34台ATM疑遭植入恶意软件异常盗领，2名歹徒在没有操作ATM，竟然让34台ATM吐出7000万元（新台币，下同），一银已紧急报警处理，并向调查局备案，部分ATM暂停服务，但强调客户权益不受影响。
据报道，台湾第一银行经全面清查银行ATM，初步了解可能遭有心人士各个击破，经由个别ATM植入恶意软件驱动吐钞模块执行吐钞，因皆属德利多富(Wincor)公司的同一款机型，目前该款机型已全面暂停服务。
台湾第一银行指出，由于遭盗领ATM皆非透过一银帐务系统取款，因此并不影响客户存款，客户权益完全受到保障，且本案因与帐务及账户无涉，故与“无卡提款”完全无关。
一银表示，因为某一家分行在连假上班后，发现ATM钞箱异常，经调阅ATM监视影像，发现疑似2名不明人士，一位戴帽子和口罩，一位穿白短袖及夹脚拖，两人应该很年轻，在完全无操作ATM的情形下，直接让ATM吐钞后大量提领，并立即将现金装入背包离开，作案过程约5~10分钟，交易皆集中在9日和10日，且都在台北市、台中市分行，因此报警并全面清查。
目前本案共计遭盗领金额约7000多万元，20家分行共34台ATM发生异常，已请警方积极侦办中，第一银行表示，短期间造成客户领款不便，也请客户见谅，将尽速查明原因后，恢复正常运作。
