The P2P executives to visit prisons in Shanghai: listen to criminals repent-P2P, net loans-IT information

近50名网络借贷会员单位高管走进上海市青浦监狱，参加了协会组织的“打击非法集资诈骗”活动。

据上海互联网金融协会网站消息，该协会在7月12日组织网络借贷会员单位高管走进监狱，进行警示教育。

上海市互联网金融行业协会，是经上海市社会团体管理局批准，在上海依法登记注册的全市性非盈利社会团体法人，是上海市辖内互联网金融行业的自律组织。协会主管单位为上海市政府金融服务办公室，业务指导单位为中国人民银行上海总部（分行）。

现任上海市互联网金融行业协会会长是证通股份有限公司董事长万建华。

为警示互联网金融从业人员的道德底线，坚持依法经营、合规经营，提高防范和控制风险的能力，2016年7月12日，由上海市互联网金融行业协会副秘书长孟添带队，近50名网络借贷会员单位高管走进上海市青浦监狱，参加了协会组织的“打击非法集资诈骗（警示教育）”活动。

在监狱负责同志的陪同下，大家了解了服刑人员的生活和生产情况，亲眼目睹了高墙电网内的铁窗生活。在警示教育基地，大家听取了金融犯罪在押服刑人员的现身说法和忏悔。

看到昔日同行因为突破了道德底线而深陷铁窗，大家纷纷表示要吸取深刻教训，切实引以为戒，坚持诚信经营，坚持合规经营，牢牢守住金融的底线。

近期以来，随着行业风险不断暴露，协会在加大力度推进信息披露工作的同时，也将从业人员教育作为了防范行业风险的一项重点工作，并制定了一系列继续教育方案。本次活动作为继续教育的第一站，选择了参观监狱这一警示教育方式，充分表明了协会带领会员单位加强自律、坚守道德底线、坚持合法经营的决心。
