　　毒贩“黑”自己人赚差价

　　安徽省临泉县人秦伟明系犯意的提起者，也是毒品犯罪的组织策划者，与其同镇的刘燕系主出资人之一。据秦伟明交代，2010年，他在临泉认识了刘燕，关系比较好，一直以姐弟相称。

　　2014年春节前后，刘燕将600余万元毒资从临泉送至秦伟明位于阜阳的住处，交予其用于购买毒品。被告人王磊、石乐知道贩毒事情之后，也表示愿意“参股”，分别投入了10万元、35万元。秦伟明供述称，其本人也出了钱，和其他人加起来总共集资1000万元左右，准备购买100多公斤毒品。

　　按照秦伟明安排，由谷山玉负责到云南联系购买毒品。谷山玉联系云南的被告人陶俊良商量具体事宜，准备从老挝人李福强（另案处理）处购买毒品，价格约为7万元1公斤，但是告诉秦伟明的价格为8万元1公斤。中间的差价，被谷山玉、陶俊良、李福强等人分取。

　　谷山玉乘坐曾建军驾驶的大货车前往景洪，路上准备配些货物以掩饰毒品，到昆明交给侯现伟、石乐。没想到在3月12日凌晨，两人在皮二停车场被抓获，民警当场查获5编织袋疑似毒品，后经称量，疑似毒品共净重130033.1克。经鉴定，在送检的材料中均检出吗啡成分。

　　一审4人死刑二人死缓

　　2014年3月12日，秦伟明因涉嫌犯贩卖毒品罪被抓获。经查，秦伟明还曾无证驾驶机动车发生重大事故，造成1死3伤，并指使他人作伪证，因涉嫌犯交通肇事罪被决定刑事拘留后在逃。

　　法院审理认为，秦伟明、谷山玉、刘燕、陶俊良系本案中作用最大的主要犯罪嫌疑人，走私、贩卖、运输毒品数量特别巨大，罪行极其严重，社会危害性极大，依法应判处死刑。王磊、石乐犯罪意志坚决，行为积极主动，主观恶性大，但二人相对作用较小，可判处死刑，不立即执行。

　　法院一审判决，被告人秦伟明犯贩卖、运输毒品罪、交通肇事罪、妨害作证罪，决定判处死刑。被告人谷山玉、刘燕犯贩卖、运输毒品罪，判处死刑。被告人陶俊良犯走私、贩卖、运输毒品罪，判处死刑。被告人王磊、石乐犯贩卖、运输毒品罪，判处死刑，缓期二年执行。上述被告人均被剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。被告人李海军犯运输毒品罪，判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人财产人民币20万元。

　　记者从安徽省高级人民法院了解到，一审宣判后，被告人提出上诉，该院已经受理。
