　　羊城晚报讯记者董柳、实习生陈文报道：广东省公安厅治安局原政委邹文强曾为了帮女老板徐洁卖酒，而向公安系统的三家单位主要负责人“打招呼要求购买”，徐洁后来给了邹文强30多万元“回扣”，其中15万元被邹文强指定转给了其情人。徐洁被广州市越秀区法院一审以单位行贿罪判处有期徒刑一年、缓刑一年六个月后提起上诉，该案昨日在广州市中院二审开庭审理。

　　今年53岁的邹文强是广东龙川人，在担任广东省公安厅治安局政委前，曾任广东省公安厅治安局副局长。2008年初，在治安局副局长的位置上，他荣获2007年全国“扫黄打非”工作先进个人称号。

　　据邹文强在证言中说，他在担任治安局副局长期间，在2008年4月后分管统筹全局信息化工作、基层基础工作，负责全省派出所工作指导、社区警务工作指导、内保单位安保工作、保安工作指导。2011年，他去广州市茅乡源贸易有限公司买了几箱红装习酒时见到该公司的法定代表人徐洁，与之结识。

　　邹文强表示，后来清远市公安局清城区分局、湛江市公安局、东莞市公安局领导找他买酒，他就将徐洁介绍给他们。“2012年初，我先后通过手机短信把东莞市公安局下属的茶山分局局长陈某某、清远市公安局清城区分局局长何某某、湛江市公安局局长张某某下属的手机号码发给徐洁，让徐洁直接和他们联系，这些单位都向徐洁的公司买了酒。”

　　广州市越秀区法院一审查明，2012年间，徐洁为感谢时任广东省公安厅治安局副局长邹文强（另案处理）利用职务便利，帮其打招呼销售红装习酒，在2012年4月和6月分两次通过银行转账的方式送给邹文强好处费共302207元。

　　邹文强称，其让徐洁把这30万元转到指定的账户，其中一笔15万元转至其嫂子谢某某的账户，另一笔15万元转给了梁某容。邹文强在证言中坦言，梁某容是其情人。

　　来自梁某容的证言则说，2012年初，她在邹的建议和帮助下，认识了徐洁，加盟了习酒销售网络，并根据邹的授意，选址开设了贸易公司，店铺装修共花了16万多元，其中15万元是徐洁通过银行转账的。

　　2014年3月30日，广东省纪委公布了时任广东省公安厅治安局政委邹文强涉嫌严重违纪接受组织调查的消息。4月1日，徐洁向广州市检察院投案自首。

　　昨日庭审结束后，法庭没有当庭作出二审裁判。
