中国三沙市将于西沙海域举行海上应急演练
中新社海南文昌7月13日电  (记者 王子谦)三沙市政府与海南海事局13日在“三沙1号”轮召开通气会，介绍将在西沙海域举行海上应急演练。
　　三沙市副市长陈儒茂介绍，本次演练依据国际海事组织编制的《海上搜寻救助手册》，模拟事故发生在西沙七连屿附近海域(16°5230"N，112°1800"E)，1艘渔船与1艘货船发生碰撞事故，事故造成渔船破损沉没，7名船员下落不明；货船船艏失火，火情失去控制，8名船员面临危险，请求救助。
　　本次演练科目为：搜寻救助演练；直升机与“三沙1号”轮医疗救护配合演练；消防灭火演练。主要力量包括船舶(含冲锋舟)13艘、专业救助飞机1架。
　　海南省海事局副局长张捷介绍，南海海域是重要的国际航道，海域海况复杂，受台风等极端天气影响较大，近年来已出现不少商船和渔船遇险的险情。中国在南海肩负着重大的海上搜救责任和义务，为更好履行国际义务，切实做好辖区内的海上搜救工作，保障南海海域船舶的航行安全和自由，举行有针对性的海上应急演练十分必要。
　　据了解，2013-2016年海南省海上搜救中心(南海海域)救助遇险人员3396人，其中外国籍人员94人。三沙海上搜救分中心先后开展海上搜救行动49次，协调出动船艇221艘次，飞机64架次，成功救助遇险人员1201人次，救助成功率95.16%。
