昨日，北京大学官网及官方微博发出通告，公示了124家假冒北京大学名义开展教育培训宣传的网站。该通告称：北京大学所开办的非学历继续教育培训通过北京大学继续教育部网站和校内各办学院系网站对外发布，今发现以下网站未获得使用“北京大学”名义开展招生宣传的授权，其主办者也与北京大学无任何合作关系。北京大学保留追究信息发布者法律责任的权利。
记者梳理后发现，这124家网站的中文名称大多含有“北京大学”四个字，如“北京大学培训网”、“北京大学研修班”、“北京大学课程班”等。同时，大部分假冒网站在网址中加入“pku（北大英文名称缩写）”字样，例如“www.pkupx.cn”、“www.pku-edu.cn”等，与北大官网“pku.edu.cn”的后缀极为相似。
另一方面，记者发现，此次公布的124家网站中近一半为打着北大旗号的“总裁培训班”，如“北京大学总裁培训网”、“北京大学EMBA总裁班”、“北京大学高管培训网”等。剩下的培训项目涉及国学、在职研究生、留学等多种类型。
截至昨晚7点，被公布的部分网站已经无法正常显示，如“北京大学课程班www.spapku.com”、“北京大学总裁班院方报名官网www.pkuxue.com”等，其搜索页面显示为“无法打开”、“域名有误或网页不存在”。
培训价格最高近50万
声称将由北大官方统一收款
记者从部分被公布的网站中发现，其网站中绝大多数培训课程的收费价格从几万到几十万不等。其中一家网址为“http://www.embapku.org”的网站，其某一培训项目费用竟高达近50万元。
据该网站信息，其下设的“北京大学卓越（GE）领导者高端项目”和“北京大学新商业领袖培育计划”的课程收费价格均高达49.8万元。据该网站信息，这两门课程的学制均为两年，其中“北京大学卓越（GE）领导者高端项目”每个月1-2天课程；“北京大学新商业领袖培育计划”每两个月1次课程，每次课程为期3天。
此外，记者发现，该网站中的部分课程还明确标明培训费由北京大学财务部在开班前统一收取，开具中央非税收入统一票据。同时，该网站信息还提示学员“直接向北京大学交费，不要向其他任何个人或组织交费”。记者随后联系到该网站某项课程的相关工作人员，该人员却表示，收款后会开具发票，但“不是北大的发票”。

进一步调查后记者发现，这些网站中的部分培训项目授课地点、联系地址大多都设在北京大学校内，例如“北京大学总裁班官方网站www.ceo114.org”中的“北京大学经营方略（EMBA）总裁高级研修班”的上课地点位于“北京市海淀区北京大学校本部教室”。
同时，一些网站如“北京大学总裁研修班官网www.beijingdaxue.net.cn”、“北京大学艺术品培训网www.bd-art.cn”等中的部分培训课程明确标明，结课后将能够获得北京大学相关结业证明，并加盖北大公章或钢印。
此外，记者随机搜索此次被公布的多家网站后发现，如“北京大学电商培训网www.bjdx.net.cn”、“北京大学高管培训网www.eduslyx.com”等，其网站部分培训课程所标明的学费收款账户，户名一栏均显示为“北京大学”。

以上被公布的124家网站并非北大第一次“打假”，今年1月份，北大也曾公布84个以北大名义开展招生培训宣传的假冒网站，这些网站主要业务为非学历继续教育培训，北大表示，这些网站均未获得使用“北京大学”名义开展招生宣传的授权，其主办者也与北京大学无任何合作关系。同时，北大也提醒各界人士，凡北京大学审批通过的培训项目，以及课程内容、收费标准、授课时间及地点均在北京大学继续教育部网站（http://www.oce.pku.edu.cn/）上公示，其他任何单位或个人发布的与该网站内容不符的信息均视为虚假信息。对于严重损害北京大学办学声誉的单位或个人，北大将保留追究其法律责任的权利。
