这一切要从2011年说起——
A、抢注
大妈买关键词搭上互联网快车
周勤（化名）今年63岁，家住广州番禺锦绣香江。2011年，她还在番禺钟村做着地板买卖的生意。有一天，她接到了一个电话，自称将举办“国家信息部、国家电子中国商务部、中国互联网联盟合作打造的‘互联网高峰论坛’”，扶持线下的中小企业触网。做了十几年实体店生意的周勤，也想实现线上线下相结合，便决定去见识见识。
“会场设在一家五星级豪华大酒店，来参加第互联网大会的人很多，大会主要说‘网络关键词’是国家工信部全国统一发售，很稀缺，要抢注。”周勤说，按照对方的说法，买了关键词，一来，可以增加自家产品的曝光率；二来也是投资，无需自己打理，搜索平台负责做推广和优化，把关键词打造成‘热词’，转手就可以卖几百万元甚至上千万元。
周勤并不懂网络科技，但她心动了。“我从‘宜搜科技’公司买了‘复合地板’、‘地板超市’两个关键词，前者3万元，10年为期，后者6000元，两年为期。一年之后，一分钱没有赚到。又参加了‘中搜网络’公司下的‘三搜’项目，花6万元买了‘地板超市’和‘旅游超市’两个关键词，三年为期，如果赚了钱，中搜与我利益分成为75%和25%，结果也没有收益。”周勤说，“之后，为了加大宣传，还要给钱做App、配套商城等。到现在为止，却仍未能通过中搜搜索关键词，找到我的产品网页，对方说正在更新”。
如今，“网络关键词”维权微信群里，有着一百多号人，他们经历大多相似。而“购买”也仅仅是开端，接着，“程咬金”陆续有来。
B、转卖
收费名目繁多交易却无一成功
抢注后，不断有网络公司、科技公司等中介给她打电话，说有大客户想要高价购买她的关键词，让她过去面谈、签委托书。
周勤发现，每一次交易前，总有众多收费名目“粉墨登场”：想加TM商标？交钱！想认证？交钱！想增加流量？交钱！想做4G平台？交钱！想打开5G端口？还是交钱！
尽管按对方要求缴了费，但从来没有转让成功，至今，有的已经超过了使用期限。
曾经，武汉的一家网络公司说，有客户愿意出580万，购买她“复合地板”这个关键词。去到后，对方检查了她的资料，说没问题，但因关键词流量不足，卖不了，需要做一个平台增加流量。于是，周勤交了5万多元给中介，之后买家以手续不全等理由搪塞，最后不了了之。
最近一次在今年6月，有天津的网络公司给周勤打电话说，不需要一分钱，就可以转让出去，但本人一定要到场签委托书。她到场了，也看了客户打到网络公司的三成订金。然而最后，对方提出，要先收费2.8万元，为关键词做“认证”。“我说我没有那么多钱，他就说先交1000元，对接以后就代表做认证了，交易时再补扣。之后也没有了下文，你看他们多么可恶，无论如何都要从你口袋掏点钱。”
如今依然有不少网络公司找她，“多的时候，一天二三十个电话。为了在有效期限内把关键词卖出去，这些年我跑了四川、重庆、武汉、上海、北京、天津、大连等二十多个城市，都失望而归。”
C、茫然
砸下巨资后怀疑是连环骗局
记者获悉，近年来，抢注各种网络资源投资已经不是新鲜事。因网络资源要占用一定的服务器空间，所以需要通过拥有服务器空间的技术公司来注册，因此从事这种业务的网络公司，近年来也逐渐增多，因此而生的诈骗也层出不穷。
随着“网络关键词”维权微信群的组建，越来越多“受害者”的讨论，让周勤觉得自己上当了，她曾要求“中搜网络”中止合同并退款，最终退回四万多元。
她甚至怀疑自己陷入了连环骗局，关键词售卖方与转让中介是不是一个团伙？
据了解，她从购买关键词至今，前前后后的花费，有票据的就已经有48.6万元，“全部积蓄、养老金都砸进去了，我的六七张信用卡还欠费三十多万元，每个月光利息就已经吃不消了。”她的手机短信中，催还款的短信天天“报到”，还款金额从几千到几万元不等。
2014年8月23日，周勤到番禺南村派出所报警。并已经诉诸法律。但从去年8月至今，她仍希望一次成功的交易能让自己翻身，于是越陷越深，儿子已经因为这件事与她对立起来。如今她只剩下一堆不知有没有用的证书和文件——《关键词注册证书》、《域名注册证书》、《通用网址注册证书》、《委托转让书》、《版权意向推荐表》和两个未过期的关键词了。

有网络公司称被冒名签协议？
在周勤提供的众多材料中，有一份“三方协议”称，郑州大道信息技术有限公司作为中介，将“复合地板网”的关键词资源，以350万元的价格转卖给北京金融街控股股份有限公司。记者致电了这两间公司，前者称周勤遇到骗子了，近来他们公司接到过类似的咨询电话，他们并没有参与其中；后者也称公司没有这样的业务，更不需要购买关键词。如果属实，那么谁在借用他们的名义？
6日下午，记者去到其中一家周勤提及的关键词售卖公司——中搜网络广州分公司，该分公司负责人没有对此进行回应。墙上张贴的海报显示，2003年8月，中搜推出搜索引擎服务，拥有“帮助传统企业跨越移动互联网的技术鸿沟”的技术。
但据中国网财经记者7月5日披露，中搜网络因“公司客户和投资者举报反映其存在公司治理不健全等”原因被调整出创新层。根据中搜网络2013年披露的公开转让说明书，（售卖）“关键词”曾是当时公司搜索引擎平台的主要盈利模式之一。
有知情人士透露，由于中搜网络自身访问量不佳等原因，“关键词”的效果其实并不尽如人意。
网络关键词是什么？

例如：某人用字母“A”注册了一个.com域名，即“A.com”，A就是这个域名的关键词。一个关键词可以注册成多种网络资源，如注册为以“A”为名称的微信公众平台、微博、“APP”、“B2B”、“B2C”、“O2O”等网络资源。
