  激进规划使房产过度开发让商品房去库存更加艰难

  中原地产首席市场分析师张大伟分析,目前一些三四线城市的新城发展过多偏重于住宅这一单一模块,34亿的人口规划意味着房地产市场又要大发展,将进一步增加难以消化的商品房库存。
