　　这是自南苏丹首都冲突发生后首批撤往苏丹的中国人。据了解，这批撤出人员大多是在南苏丹承建朱巴机场改扩建工程的中方员工，主要来自中交集团旗下的中国港湾工程有限公司，以及配套单位中交第一公路工程局、第二公路工程局、中铁第三设计院。

　　据介绍，朱巴机场所有商业航班在冲突爆发后都已停航，12日以来只有一些货机、少量包机和军用飞机起降。当天的这架属于南苏丹金翼航空公司的包机，于当地时间13日上午从肯尼亚首都内罗毕起飞，经停朱巴，在接到中方人员后立即飞往喀土穆。

　　冲突爆发后，中国驻苏丹大使馆按领事保护要求紧急启动应急预案，积极协调帮助中资机构办理相关撤离人员入境手续及机场接应事宜。使馆工作人员全程在机场协助并提供必要的领事服务。

　　随机抵达喀土穆的中国港湾工程有限公司东非区域中心副总经理张立忠向记者介绍，冲突发生后，公司所在营地立即启动应急预案，员工按事先制定和 演练的流程进入营地内的加固钢板集装箱掩体内避险。冲突双方激战期间，不时有炮弹弹片和子弹落入营地院内，由于处置周全，公司没有人员受伤。

　　南苏丹首都冲突爆发后，在各方协助下，中国驻南苏丹大使馆在朱巴确定了约9个中国人“临时集结点”，以便安排中国人撤离朱巴，并已对各集结点周边的中国人进行了统计。12日晚，已有70余名中国人乘两架飞机离开朱巴，抵达肯尼亚首都内罗毕。
