各民主党派声明：南海和平稳定不容域外势力破坏

　　就菲律宾共和国单方面请求建立的南海仲裁案仲裁庭于2016年7月12日作出的裁决，《中华人民共和国中国外交部关于应菲律宾共和国请求建立的南海仲裁案仲裁庭所作裁决的声明》和《中华人民共和国政府关于在南海的领土主权和海洋权益的声明》已表明了中国的立场。中国各民主党派坚定支持这一立场。

　　菲律宾共和国时任政府单方面提起仲裁，违反中菲通过谈判解决有关争议的协议，违反《南海各方行为宣言》，违反《联合国海洋法公约》规定，滥用《公约》规定的仲裁程序，严重侵犯中国作为主权国家和《公约》缔约国享有的自主选择争端解决方式和程序的权利，严重损害《公约》的完整性和权威性。此次非法仲裁，将南海问题带入了一个加剧紧张对抗的危险境地，完全不利于维护本地区的和平稳定，完全不符合中菲两国、地区国家和整个国际社会的共同利益。南海的和平稳定绝对不容非法仲裁戕害，绝对不容域外势力破坏。

　　南海既是沟通中国与周边国家的桥梁，也是中国与周边国家和平、友好、合作和发展的纽带。实现南海地区的和平稳定和繁荣发展符合各国的共同利益。回归正确轨道才是人心所向、大势所趋。只要各方坚持通过谈判协商解决争议，坚持通过互利合作实现共赢，任何闹剧掀起的风浪都无法阻挡和平发展的时代潮流。
