  中国自主研发的宽体客机C919还未首飞,中国和俄罗斯合造宽体飞机的计划已经在酝酿中。


  据俄罗斯《生意人报》7月13日报道,俄联合飞机制造公司总裁尤里·斯柳萨里12日在范堡罗国际航空展上表示,由该公司和中国商用飞机有限公司(下称中国商飞)共同制造的宽体大飞机项目成本将达200亿美元,目前双方已就组织生产中的主要事项达成一致。


  上述报道称,项目成本的具体金额取决于项目方正在组建的售后养护和维修体系的规模。最终投资额还会将给首批订货商的折扣力度和初期供货的负盈利考虑在内。项目方已向发动机制造商罗尔斯·罗伊斯及通用发送采购35吨推力发动机的询价函。


  两国联合生产宽体客机项目的具体事项尚未完全,最终方案将在2018年至2019年出台。


  斯柳萨里透露,负责研发工作的联合工程中心将落户莫斯科(或设在位于莫斯科郊外茹科夫斯基市的俄联合飞机制造公司总部大楼)。而客机最终将在中国商飞所属的工厂基地完成组装。采取上述方式的原因是,上海离对这种飞机需求更大的销售市场更近。

  早在2014年春俄罗斯总统普京访华期间,中国和俄罗斯就联合生产宽体客机签署备忘录。新型客机可搭载280名乘客,航程可达1.2万公里。


  2016年6月,俄联航与中国商飞达成协议创办合资企业,约定共同设计、生产、销售、维护新型飞机。这一合资企业准备在俄罗斯现有伊尔-96客机基 础上研制开发一系列250-300座的宽体飞机,航程达到12000公里,但尚未透露具体数量。据《航空运输观察者》杂志主编马克西姆·帕杜什金说,新客 机单价预计在2亿至2.6亿美元,与波音787梦想客机类似。预计首架原型机将在2023年完成,首批飞机将在2025-2027年问世。


  如果中国和俄罗斯大客机能够按计划实现发展目标,那么新型客机将在跨洋和远程国际航线上参与国际竞争,也将面临来自空客和波音的激烈竞争。


  自1990年代以来,空客公司和美国波音公司在大型喷气客机市场的竞争以双头垄断为特点。这两家竞争对手一直对市场份额的争夺不相上下,目前,波音 以其787作为新竞争利器,而空客则以其A350作为竞争机型。在2016英国范堡罗航展上,B787与A350均斩获了不少新订单。


  据中国商飞市场研究中心专家预测,未来20年,市场对于250-300座级的远程宽体客机需求近5000架,300-400座级需求1467架,250-300座级的远程宽体客机市场前景十分广阔。
