中国外交部对菲律宾总统愿派特使来华对话表示欢迎

　　新华社北京7月15日电（记者靳若城、王卓伦）中国外交部发言人陆慷15日在例行记者会上说，中方对菲律宾总统杜特尔特愿派特使来华对话表示欢迎。

　　据报道，14日菲律宾总统杜特尔特称，南海仲裁案仲裁庭已经作出裁决，他将委派菲前总统拉莫斯作为特使赴华，开启双方相关对话。

　　“中方注意到杜特尔特总统的上述表态。杜特尔特总统就任以来，多次表示愿与中国妥善处理南海问题、恢复双边对话、改善双边关系。”陆慷说。

　　陆慷表示，中方对杜特尔特总统愿派特使来华对话表示欢迎，中方一直坚持通过双边对话妥善处理有关问题，从未关闭同菲方对话协商的大门。

　　“只要中菲坚持通过对话协商妥善处理分歧，就一定能够为两国关系开辟美好未来。”陆慷说。

　　陆慷说，中方对仲裁案的立场是一贯的，不会承认和接受任何基于裁决的主张和行动。中方希望中菲双方能够回归到以往的共识，通过对话协商妥善处理有关问题，为两国关系的改善和发展共同努力。
