　　今天（7月15日）上午，我国自行设计制造的新型远洋综合补给舰洪湖舰、骆马湖舰入列命名仪式在广东湛江某军港举行。自此，两艘远海综合补给舰正式加入海军南海舰队战斗序列，同时也标志着人民海军远洋遂行任务能力得到进一步拓展。

　　上午9时30分，在雄壮的国歌声中，综合补给舰洪湖舰、骆马湖舰入列命名授旗仪式开始，海军南海舰队司令员沈金龙为洪湖舰和骆马湖舰分别授旗，并颁发命名证书。洪湖舰舰长刘永新代表舰员发言说：要抓紧练兵备战，让新装备更好更快形成战斗力，不辜负国家的期望，在维护国家海洋权益的征程中建功立业，肩负起应有的责任与担当。仪式结束后，两艘舰艇分别举行了升旗仪式。

　　以战载训、以战促训。早在今年5月，洪湖舰就已参加南海舰队组织的远海实兵演练，赴西沙、南沙、南海、印度洋、西太平洋等海域开展实战条件下的综合补给演练，为训练编队提供后勤补给，实际检验装备性能。两艘新型综合补给舰的正式入列，将有效提升我海军远海作战支援保障作战能力，为维护国家主权和海洋权益发挥重要作用。某作战支援舰支队支队长朱建达告诉记者，近年来，海军装备现代化水平不断提升，支队的装备更新率也在同步加快，仅过去一年，我们就有8艘新型舰艇入列，伴随着装备更新换代的步伐，支队官兵坚持从难从严开展实战化训练，在一次次实战中砥砺血性担当，实现了人与装备的最佳结合。面对复杂的海上斗争形势，我们有信心有能力应对海上各种安全威胁与挑战。

　　洪湖舰和骆马湖舰均属同一型舰，满载排水量20000余吨，是我国自行设计生产的新型远洋综合补给舰，舷号分别为963、964，两舰采用了我国较为先进的海上补给技术，具备横向、纵向、立体补给功能，可同时对多艘不同类型舰艇进行补给，有较强的远洋综合补给能力和一定的对海、对空防御作战能力。平时主要伴随驱护舰执行编队远航及出访任务，战时加入海上机动编队，对伴随舰船实施燃油、淡水、食品、弹药等综合补给。该型舰还具有现代化程度高、任务拓展空间大等特点，除了担负综合补给任务外，还可执行护航、撤侨、搜救、海上医疗救护等多样化非战争军事行动。南海舰队，宿迁市、洪湖市、湛江市等军地领导参加了入列命名授旗仪式。
