　　原标题：原云南省委宣传部常务副部长杨文虎涉嫌受贿案一审开庭

　　7月14日，备受关注的云南省省委宣传部原常务副部长杨文虎涉嫌受贿案由云南文山壮族苗族自治州中级人民法院在昆明公开开庭审理。

　　本案由文山州人民检察院提起公诉，文山州中院根据云南省高级人民法院指定管辖决定书立案受理后，及时向杨文虎送达起诉书副本，依法告知并充分保障了其享有的各项诉讼权利。经庭前通知和公告等法定程序，今天上午，文山州中级人民法院公开开庭审理此案，文山州人民检察院指派公诉人出庭支持公诉。被告人杨文虎及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼。

　　公诉机关指控，被告人杨文虎于2003年5月14日任云南电视台台长，2007年4月10日任云南省广播电视局主持工作的副局长，并兼云南电视台台长，2008年1月10日任云南省广播电视局局长，2009年12月26日任云南省新闻出版局局长，2014年5月26日任云南省委宣传部常务副部长。在上述任职期间，被告人杨文虎利用职务便利，在影视剧拍摄、物资采购、项目建设、人事管理等方面为他人谋取利益，先后收受北京某某影视文化有限公司、云南某某投资有限公司、赵某某等单位及个人送给的财物折合人民币851.897万元、欧元5万元、美元2.4万元。其中以借为名索取人民币170万元。

　　庭审中，参与旁听的杨文虎亲属不断哭泣，擦拭眼泪。杨文虎穿布鞋出庭，他表示，其钱财由妻子保管，有多少钱他不清楚。借钱是妻子炒房缺钱，但还钱一直是他们夫妻的心愿。

　　部分全国、省、市人大代表、政协委员以及普通群众、媒体记者旁听了案件庭审，被告人家属也到庭旁听。
