　　日本企图搞乱会议，通过讨论仲裁案使中方被动，日本首相安倍遂在会上发言时，提到了仲裁案。对此，李克强总理在会上坚决予以驳斥，而且有针对性地讲明了中方 为什么不承认、不接受仲裁案的理由，非常有说服力。李克强总理发言后，欧方代表讲话表达了对中方立场的理解，除了菲律宾外长有一个发言外，没有任何代表附 和日本发言。

　　日本很狼狈，本来想带头挑事，结果没想到无人响应。相反，中方提出的反对恐怖主义、“一带一路”倡议、互联互通等问题得到了大家的响应，大家进行了深入讨论，并一致认为，这才是目前国际社会最关心的重大政治与经济问题。

　　这位中国外交官说，对于南海问题，我们一开始就做了大量工作，阐明我方立场主张，得到了越来越多国家的理解，包括东盟国家代表都没有人提南海问题。所以日方非常狼狈、非常孤立。它想通过这次会议孤立中国，结果“竹篮打水一场空”，反而自己被孤立。
