新华社郑州7月17日专电（记者刘金辉） 河南一团伙滥用添加剂，日均生产“毒腐竹”500公斤，涉案金额近200万元。近日，河南省郑州市中级人民法院对此案作出终审裁定，维持对主犯杜某判处有期徒刑12年，并处罚金76万元的判决。
2012年7月至2014年11月，杜某在未办理营业执照、食品生产许可等证件的情况下，组织7人，在河南省汝州市一停车场内滥加添加剂，生产不合格的腐竹产品。
在生产腐竹的打浆工序中，该团伙在豆浆中添加包含吊白块等多种添加剂，以使豆浆易凝结捏皮，改良腐竹颜色、口感。并使用泡沫碱洗净豆浆锅，使加热豆浆时不粘底。日均生产问题腐竹500公斤，涉案金额近200万元。
