　　目前，全国多地疾病预防控制中心已陆续展开工作。多地感染者称，已经收到当地疾控发出的一些手机短信，提醒谨防诈骗。

　　针对艾滋病感染者诈骗 掌握信息精准

　　艾滋病公益组织白桦林全国联盟负责人白桦一直紧跟诈骗事件的进展。截至7月17日下午三点，白桦林全国联盟共接到来自26个省区的76个地级市和自治州超过180例艾滋病感染者被诈骗的情况反馈。

　　白桦向新京报记者介绍，诈骗者自称是政府部门或卫生局的工作人员，将给艾滋病感染者发放补助。一些感染者被要求提供600-700元的手续费，而另一些则被要求输入一个密码，随后银行卡里的钱将被转走。电话交流中，艾滋病患者们发现诈骗者事先已掌握他们的个人信息，包括真实姓名、身份证号、联系方式、户籍信息、确诊时间、随访的医院或区县疾控等等。

　　北京已至少14位感染者接到诈骗电话

　　根据白桦的统计，目前江苏、浙江、北京三地接到诈骗电话的感染者人数最多，分别为16个、15个和14个。

　　白桦表示，北京和甘肃两位感染者已经被成功地诈骗了钱财，分别是3000元和700元，两者均未选择报警。

　　北京顺义艾滋感染者小王在17日上午10点多接到了“170”开头的诈骗电话。小王对新京报记者表示，对方在打电话的过程中直称其名字，对他在2015年的确诊时间、在哪里拿药、身份证号、工作单位等等信息掌握精准。

　　小王表示，由于在16日就已经听闻近期有针对艾滋病感染者的诈骗电话，所以自己一开始就非常警惕。“我想套他的话，了解更多骗子的信息。但是他顾左右而言他，对方恼羞成怒说拿不到钱不要怪我，然后挂了电话。”

　　他表示，最担心的事情并不是被骗。如果骗子要挟公布他的个人信息，他都可能把钱给过去。“隐私外泄严重影响了我们的个人生活，诈骗本身不可怕，可怕的是骗子掌握的信息是百分百准确的，这让我们很害怕。”

　　新京报记者获悉，目前，全国多地疾病预防控制中心已陆续展开工作。多地感染者称，已经收到当地疾控发出的一些手机短信，提醒谨防诈骗。

　　如安徽芜湖镜湖区疾控发给当地感染者的手机短信称：近期有病人反映接到170开头手机通知领取疾病补助，请注意不要在电话里泄露个人银行卡及密码、身份证等个人信息。

　　短信提醒，疾控申请补助仅限当面递交申请材料，不支持电话问询个人资料。另病人个人资料仅限户籍所在地疾控、现住址疾控及上级疾控可直接查询，其他机构（包括但不限民政、公安、社会保障、从未去过的医院等）均无直接能力查调病人病情资料。

　　浙江宁波镇海疾控在发给当地感染者的短信中称，近期我区几个病友接到可以享受国家补助或者可以申请困难的补助电话，要求提供银行卡等信息。再次，镇海区疾病预防控制中心特别提醒，此类电话系不法分子利用改号软件设置的诈骗电话，请大家谨防上当受骗。
